Girleada

Girleada is a lead(her)ship development program that provides young womxn and girls with the skill set and courage to pursue authentic leadership. We have three pillars that assists them to develop holistically and charter for themselves what it means to be leader and how to express that, to the world, in a way that is most authentic to them. The organization works across South Africa and primarily targets : 1. girls - high school learners (grade 10 till 12) 2. young womxn - tertiary/college students occupying or hoping to occupy leadership positions Our 8 session Lead(her)ship program is conducted virtually by facilitators who are passionate about leadership in the context of the gender agenda. Our sessions are highly interactive, practical and participants are encouraged to take up leadership roles well within those sessions. We also host womxn empowerment events and projects.
