At Girls Lead Forward, we believe that every girl has the potential to lead. Our mission is to empower young girls to step into leadership roles with confidence, courage, and a vision for change. By providing mentorship, resources, and a supportive community, we help girls cultivate the skills, mindset, and opportunities they need to lead with purpose. According to the World Economic Forum, women currently hold just 31% of leadership positions globally, with gender parity in leadership projected to take over 130 years to achieve. At GLF, we are working to close this gap by fostering the next generation of female leaders who will drive meaningful change across all industries and sectors. Together, we are shaping a future where girls not only take the lead but shape the world around them.
