An experienced technical professional, with close to 20 years experience of housing development, I am looking to offer my services to the homebuilding sector. There is an identified skills shortage in the sector, which coupled with the ongoing push for additional units, has created a "perfect storm" for many technical teams. Given my experience at every level within a technical department (I started as an engineer and worked my way up to head of department), I am able to offer short and medium term solutions to companies that are suffering from resourcing issues.
