We're dedicated to equipping hundreds of offenders with valuable roofing skills, believing everyone deserves a second chance and a brighter future. We partner with the Ministry of Justice and Probation Service to facilitate ex-offender entry into the roofing industry. To expand our impact, we seek collaboration from: - Ex-offender support charities - Mental health support organisations - Other training providers - Material manufacturers and suppliers - Employers The roofing industry, while challenging, offers diverse roles beyond just roofing, including sales, warehousing, estimating, surveying, management, admin, driving, and technical support. GLA courses provide practical skills and essential product knowledge, creating a clear pathway from course completion to a successful career.
