Nous utilisons le lait de notre ferme et nous sélectionnons les matières premières pour garantir la traçabilité de nos produits.
Nous développons notre savoir-faire artisanal dans notre atelier à taille humaine.
Les étapes de fabrication sont effectuées en garantissant la meilleure qualité du produit fini : pasteurisation, maturation, turbinage, surgélation.
Nos produits sont sans additif, sans colorant.
