We create an exquisite ice cream sensation that comes in amazing custom flavors with artisan crafted toppings. Flavors beyond your wildest imagination to make your event most extraordinary. Your choice of flavor will be prepared à la minute on the spot, using liquid nitrogen to freeze the ingredients to nearly -200° (-196° to be precise). This rapid freezing results in a luscious, smooth and creamy texture without the usual grainy ice crystals. Does this ring a bell? Indeed award-winning chefs are as excited about it as we are. They call it molecular gastronomy. We prefer to use the name ‘Glace á la Nitro’, or in Dutch simply #nitroijs.
