"Stay GLAM,” curated by GLAM Squad is a commitment to building a united, empowered community for Black college women who have interests in beauty and fashion. This pledge allows us to fill voids that arise among Black college women due to a lack of direct resources, support, and mentorship that aids their professional development in the beauty and fashion industries.
