Welcome to Glasfil Polymer, we are a Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturer in Malaysia focusing on turnkey sustainable solutions in plastic. We are passionate about providing plastic solutions to everyone in a sustainable manner. Plastic is a very heavy topic, that's what many of us use to think when we begin, it took us many years to understand them and finally master it. And here, we wish to share our knowledge in a simple manner. As simple as how our directors with no chemical background manage to learn them, that is the way it is being shared.
We wish to focus on turnkey sustainable solutions in Plastic. We provide solutions from Creative Design, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly, 3D Printing Prototpying, Mold Manufacturing Flow Simulation, Mold Fabrication, Product Post Processing (Ultrasonic Welding, Pad Printing, Chroming finishing, Spray finishing etc), Packaging and Shipping. Most importantly, we care about where our plastic goes, we emphasize on tracing the end of life plastic by educating our customer on the importance of recycle mark, labels. Tiny actions that creates huge impacts in the recycling chain of plastic and towards the environment.
