GlassAnt is a simple web tool that provides workers with a unique set of tools with which to connect with peers and employers. It is a digital resume system that is based on reviews provided by peers, supervisors, subordinates, employees and relevant 3rd parties. A permanent, evolving, performance based source of reference. Employees own the data associated with their reviews and are able to use review feedback for personal development, as well as promotion and transparency within the workplace. The emphasis is on each user’s unique skills, experiences and roles.
