Kok Kalkan is the Chef-Driven Restaurant that opened its doors in 2024 and uses seasonal products. Kalkan, with its beautiful nature and unique architecture in the Mediterranean, forms the core of this project, which Chef Ozan Orakcı and his team determined as a sustainable and innovative experience. Serving with the 'Casual' concept on its roof designed with minimal touches, with sea and mountain views, Kok Kalkan interprets local and street flavors of Turkish cuisine with chef touches. It is the first chef-driven restaurant in Kalkan with its specially selected local wines, classic and signature cocktails and good quality coffees.
