Glazer & Sachs, P.A. was founded in 1994 and since that time has focused primarily on serving community associations in Florida in all aspects of their legal needs. The firm’s founder, Eric M. Glazer, Esquire, has been practicing since 1992 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from NYU and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Glazer is a member of the Bars in Florida, the District of Columbia and the State of New York. Mr. Glazer has also been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a county and circuit court mediator. Currently, the firm has 8 associates who also focus their practices representing community associations in Florida. Together, we have been very successful in representing community associations and home owners in disputes before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Florida’s Administrative, County and Circuit Courts, and District Courts of Appeal. The firm has also had great success in representing clients in federal court as well.
