Gleeson mainly invests in and develops brownfield sites, transforming them into beautiful developments of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, all with front and rear gardens and private driveways. Our developments, are often built in areas of deprivation and regeneration, meaning they become major components of the local community bringing prosperity with them. In addition to our Head Office in Sheffield, we manage regional operations from local offices in South, East and West Yorkshire, Midlands, Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cumbria.
