We are offering a long term sustainable investment opportunity that will provide attractive returns and exit opportunities. We will develop our site to outstanding environmental standard (BREEAM Outstanding) with renewable energy generation and a radical environmental technology that will make our heat intensive production process carbon net zero. We will focus on premium Scotch whisky, offering independently bottled premium Scotch whiskies that, with the visitor facilities, will provide early trading whilst our own whisky matures. We will create significant high quality job opportunities in an area of high under-employment and will promote, in our on-site retail facilities, related high quality artisan produce from our local community. We will export the majority of our output to markets where our management team already has established distribution networks. We plan to achieve B Corp Certification as a sustainable business with transparent governance managed for stakeholder value.
