Glimmer Collaborative LLC is a West Virginia-based business that focuses on supporting youth-serving organizations in creating safe, transformative, and nurturing environments so that the young people they serve can lead and inspire change. Cofounders, Erin Hudnall, MA and Arin Shatto, MA, leverage rich and dynamic expertise to provide specialized consulting services including youth engagement training, organizational development, evaluation, and research in order to maximize the impact of organizations and their initiatives. Glimmer Collaborative has experience promoting youth engagement with groups working at the grassroots, regional, and national level, and we are eager to partner with organizations who want to increase their capacity to more intentionally serve young people.
