De Gecombineerde Leefstijlinterventie (GLI) wordt binnen de regio Zuid-Holland Zuid aangeboden vanuit een samenwerkingsverband van de gemeenten, de GGD, huisartsen, leefstijlcoaches, fysiotherapeuten en diëtisten. Het programma wordt centraal gecoördineerd door regionaal leefstijlcentrum Your Health Spot. Dit betekent dat er altijd op één plek (bij de regiocoördinator) overzicht is over de hele regio. Zo hebben we altijd een overzicht van vraag en aanbod!
