Global Development Initiative (GDI) is an Indian Non-profit Company, registered under Section 25 of Companies Act 1965, Government of India. It is headquartered at Bhubaneswar, Odisha with offices in Indore (Madhya Pradesh, Vadodara (Gujarat) and Kolkata (West Bengal). GDI was founded by a group of Entrepreneurs with rich experience in social marketing and social franchising in health across different states of India. The company aims at enabling an environment that leads towards trickle down developmental impact on the bottom of pyramid population resulting in sustainable development of the poorest of the poor.
