Our management team collectively possesses over 15 years of accumulated experience in these specialized fields. GDS MENA will offer a referral laboratory testing service in collaboration with our international partners in medical oncology, genetics, and other highly specialized areas such as occupational health and safety, which are currently unavailable or cost-ineffective to conduct locally. We will also provide bio-logistics services to transfer samples abroad, ensuring compliance with dedicated bio-transportation standards, including those outlined by IATA. This will be facilitated through selective distributorship agreements or physical presence, acting as a value-added reseller across the MENA region. Our aim is to introduce unique marketing and medical concepts to the healthcare sector throughout the region. We aim to prioritize the promotion of highly specialized and genetic testing services offered by Medicover Genetics and Cerba Laboratory in France, as well as Bioinformatics solutions provided by SeqONE France. Additionally, we will facilitate interpretation and data management solutions through End to End, ensuring a competitive advantage in conducting Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) efficiently in-house. Our commitment extends to furnishing proper logistics and biological support services to diagnostic labs and research centers, adhering strictly to IATA regulations for the safe transfer and handling of biohazardous samples. This will be facilitated through partnerships with Worldwide Medical Express and DHL - Medical Units for international destinations.
