Global GERS

Global GERS is a company that supports a global ecosystem focused on helping new ventures grow early, rapidly, and securely (GERS). It offers training programs, business and cybersecurity consulting, and access to machine learning tools. The company's distinctiveness is in its capability to harness copious amounts of written knowledge using machine learning tools and transform this knowledge into practical and actionable insights that entrepreneurs and managers can use to develop growth-oriented transnational ventures. The training programs and consulting services offered are based upon this solid foundation of knowledge from theory and practice. Global GERS operates the Transnational Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in Ottawa with partners from around the world. Participants are trained to apply theory-based principles to grow their companies as transnational ventures, are provided with the opportunity to establish a foothold network of Canadian connections which can be called on in the future, and they build significant legitimacy in the eyes of resource holders, both domestic and international. Alumni of the bootcamp remain engaged through global projects, partnerships, and supportive resources including an online community and access to the principles on how to grow a new venture.
