Michael is a well known ITSM/ITOM industry expert with 30 years of Information Technology experience, 28 of which focused on IT Service Management and transition to ServiceNow platform. Michael has spent his career developing and deploying IT Service Management Processes for the Global Financial institutions, Energy companies, automobile industries and soon we will expand to the aviation industry. Through Michael's experience, innovations, hard-work and relationships he was able to deliver major ITSM/ITOM projects for global financial institutions (CIBC, TD, ICAP, EBS Dealing Resource, BrokerTec and NEX Groups) and automobile industries (GM and Ford) and Halliburton from the energy sector Global IT Service LLC (GITS) continue to deliver IT Service Management developments process design integration and service assessments.
