Global Madras is India’s first student-led think tank based in the state of Tamil Nadu. We provide opportunities for young people to engage with international affairs, research, negotiation, diplomacy, information-gathering and cross-cultural understanding. We aim to be a platform that fosters dialogue and informed debate.
