Global Migrant Workers Network

Headquartered in Kenya, the Global Migrant Workers Network is led by, and designed for Migrant Worker-Survivor Leaders across the Global Majority to disrupt, redefine, and reshape the systems governing migration and labor rights. Rooted in solidarity, hope, and belonging, we unite migrant workers, providing them with access to support systems, leadership development, mentorship, capacity building, and platforms to amplify their voices. Our mission is to unify, equip, and elevate migrant workers, survivor leaders, and allies to lead global labor and migration reform, building a movement for just, dignified, and worker-led change. Over the next five years, our ambition is to nurture 500 Migrant Worker-Survivor Leaders, strategically positioning them in institutions of power, ensuring that migration governance is shaped by those it impacts most.
