We use our own data bank for sort list candidates, by different media, such as Job Posting on social media & other Jobs Portal , viz Monster , Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, & direct walking interview, candidates approach to our agency. Our primary role with employer. We work on job profile, we receive from employer. Our team, sort-list candidates resume from our own database, On demand we email resumes to Human Resource department for approval. Sort listed candidates are called to our agency for preliminary interview. We fix date & time, from Hr Department, and then send candidate to employer for final interview. Our Service Charge We don’t charge to candidate. We charge only to employer. Our Service charge is 8.33% of annual ctc, of candidate gross salary, excluding GST as applicable. We raise invoice, after one month, of candidate join. Replacement of candidate : Within four month, if candidate leave job by himself or if employer do not find him suitable for given post , there is free replacement of the candidate.
