Selskapet ble grunnlagt i 2008 av Mariusz Michalski under navnet MM Bergen Bygg. I 2011 ble selskapet et aksjeselskap (AS). The company was founded in 2008 by Mariusz Michalski under the name MM Bergen Bygg. In 2011, the company became limited liability company (AS). In 2024, the name was changed to Global Solutions AS.
