We offer: • Installation o Conveyor, sorters, spirals, transfers, etc. o Racking, mezzanines. • Maintenance o Resident Maintenance Contracts – Turnkey maintenance, including on site personnel who handle all aspects of system maintenance and repair. o System Readiness Audits – In depth investigation of all aspects of maintenance readiness, including:  Evaluation of completeness and accuracy of spare parts lists, lubrication lists, and spare parts stock on hand.  Evaluation of maintenance task lists for completeness and accuracy.  Evaluation of maintenance and repair procedure documentation for completeness and accuracy.  An exhaustive report will be compiled and delivered upon completion of the audit. Included will be recommendations on how best to address all problem areas. A separate offer to create and combine all data into integrated lists and procedures will also be included. o Mechanical Maintenance Audits – Complete evaluation of the material handling system, including:  An exhaustive report will be compiled and delivered upon completion of the audit.
