Global Unique Engineering can undertake high precision manufacturing components using CNC machines with a capability for working across different metals like Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Monel , other super alloys in the process of new product development. Global Unique Engineering undertakes the complete cycle of product development which will include:- Product Design & Development: We will use state of the art design and engineering (CAD/Solid Works) tools along with the extensive core engineering knowledge of the team in designing and developing new products for application in Industry. This phase will encompass complete conceptual design, structural integrity studies using simulation and also developing the manufacturing processes. Prototype Building: Global Unique Engineering will build prototypes of products which are internally designed and also based on designs from customers by using internal manufacturing resources and also the resources of its strategic partners for various other manufacturing methods to realize the prototypes. Global unique has established strategic partnership with various other partner companies for the following capabilities. 1. CNC machining 2. Laser Cutting Welding & Fabrication Testing: Global Unique Engineering will conduct testing of samples and specimens using its external testing facility such as Tensile test, LCF, Leak test, Pressure test etc… Certification: Global Unique Engineering will also undertake the certification of the products where it is a necessity. AS9100 Rev D | ISO9001:2015 certification Global Unique Engineering will adhere to the established and documented processes for certification of products meant for flight vehicles, where necessary.
