Global Value Fund

The Global Value Fund is a listed investment company that offers investors the opportunity to invest into a diversified, international portfolio of listed financial assets trading at a discount to their intrinsic value. The investment manager has considerable expertise in finding such investments, and in identifying, or creating, catalysts that will be used to unlock this value for its investors. By employing this strategy, the Company aims to provide its shareholders with two sources of return; the return generated from the underlying diversified investment portfolio, and the additional return created by capturing the discount from the investments that the manager has made. The Company aims to provide shareholders with returns comparable to those of global equity markets over the medium-to-long term, but with a risk profile lower than that of investing in a portfolio of international shares. The Board believes that it is important for shareholders to benefit directly from the investment performance of the Company and therefore intends to pay regular dividends so long as the Company is in a position to do so. The Company has appointed Mirabella Financial Services LLP to act as the investment manager of the Global Value Fund and Mirabella has seconded Miles Staude and the investment team at Staude Capital to manage the Global Value Fund investment portfolio. Staude Capital Limited is an appointed representative of Mirabella Advisers LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
