- We take on interim financial planning and modelling duties, including the setup of reporting functions, as well as CFO recruitment
- We run commercial buy-side and sell-side Due Diligences, as well as valuation exercises for bolt-on acquisitions
- We provide our investor view to founders when shaping their equity story and strategic priorities
- We support management and co-develop answers to ad-hoc strategy projects, from cost-cutting to international expansion
