Kristal.AI, a Singapore-based digital wealth management platform, integrated Globalise's offerings to strengthen its retail investment segment. This acquisition aligned with Kristal.AI’s strategy to provide fractional investment opportunities in global products, complementing its existing services for institutional and affluent clients. Post-acquisition, Globalise’s operations were merged into Kristal.AI’s framework while maintaining services for existing customers without disruption. Kristal.AI continues to expand its presence globally with a focus on offering a mix of institutional and retail investment solutions.
