Global Policy Advisors® LLC is a boutique sovereign wealth fund and global macro advisory to corporations, boards of directors, and institutional investors—including hedge funds, private equity firms, pension funds, and SWFs. GPA was founded in 2005 by Dr. Salar Ghahramani. Subsequently, GPA's Global Strategy Board™ launched its exchange traded fund (ETF) analytics services for institutional investors. Prior to GPA, Salar served at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C., analyzing the intersection of international affairs and the financial markets, and at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), now a part of Gartner, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on business strategy. Salar’s analyses of sovereign wealth fund governance, investment strategies, and policy considerations have appeared in Barron's, Bloomberg, Chief Investment Officer, The New York Times, Pensions & Investments, and other finance and scholarly outlets.
