Globalskolen AS

Globalskolen er nettbasert undervisning i norsk, samfunnsfag og KRLE for elever i grunnskolealder i utlandet. Tilbudet er skreddersydd for familier som vil holde kontakten med Norge og norsk skole. Tilbudet er støttet av Utdanningsdirektoratet. Undervisningstilbudet skjer via Internett og er ukeplanbasert. Elever og lærer behøver ikke å være oppkoblet samtidig. Fordi lærer og elev ofte er i ulike tidssoner, går kommunikasjonen via læringsplattformen Canvas. Her kommuniserer elever og lærere gjennom tekst, lyd, bilde og video. Alle elever får individuelle tilbakemeldinger på sine besvarelser en gang i uka. Dette er et fleksibelt opplegg for familiene, men likevel med fast struktur gjennom året. Globalskolen offers online education programmes in the subjects Norwegian, Social Science and CREE (Christianity, Religion and Ethics Education). The programme is aimed at Norwegian children of compulsory school age living abroad. The programmes are tailored to suit families who want to stay in touch with Norway and Norwegian schooling. The education All lessons take place online and the programme is built around weekly study plans. As the students and teachers are often in different time zones, communication takes place via the online learning platform Canvas. Here, students and teachers communicate through text, audio, pictures and video – without needing to be online at the same time. All students are given individual feedback on their coursework every week. This is a flexible programme for the family, yet offers structure and routine throughout the year.
