Global Young Leaders creates spaces, resources, and programs that stimulate young people to create life by their own design, guided by their own internal standards of happiness and success, fully equipped with the tools and life approaches they need to tackle their unique important decisions and challenges. We work with schools, universities, leadership academies and independent groups of young people in peer-to-peer learning formats. OUR APPROACH Relevant – all content is developed by young people for young people, and entirely based on real-world, practical experiences from young people from different cultures, backgrounds, and professional fields from all around the world The right setting - open, interactive, and non-judgmental settings that create meaningful connection, understanding, collaboration, exchanges, and authenticity Peer-to-peer – to freely discuss the meaningful real-world experiences and challenges that we all encounter and to learn from the life experiences, approaches, and uniqueness of other young people from around the world that go through similar experiences but in different context. Non-judgment – All your dreams and desires are great because they are your dreams and desires. You are encouraged to express your individuality and go after the path you desire to create, however you desire to create it Find what works for you - we are all individuals and have to find our own truth, tools, approaches to our unique life’s questions, decisions, and challenges. You are the expert of your experience and know your life unlike any other.
