The Global Communication Project (GlobCom) is an international initiative co-ordinated by15 universities, across 15 countries, representing five continents. Every year, about ten truly international, virtual teams with representatives from each participating university, are formed. Teams are provided with a communication brief from an international real life client and have to develop a creative and realistic solution, similar to a real life pitch situation. The Project’s aim is to create a platform for intercultural cooperation among students and lecturers in the field of communication.
