GLOBL Technology Group was founded in 2007, which is focusing on the research and development, design and manufacturing of Pallet Transport Robot (PTR). In year 2014, GLOBL developed the first intelligent four-way shuttle in the world, and took the lead in putting forward the concept of high-density intelligent storage which can normally double the warehouse capacity running by manpower, and redefined the industry standard in the field of intelligent warehousing.
Technological innovation is the life and development of enterprises, through the past 17 years, GLOBL continues to lead the development of the industry with technological innovation, the development of various models and iterative products more than 30 models with maximum loading capacity over 4tons. GLOBL has a software team of nearly 200 employees and nearly 100 professional R & D team. Among them, there are 3 professor-level senior engineers, 5 doctoral senior engineers, and 20 intermediate engineers. Through more than 1 million operational tests, it ensures the service life of each vehicle for over 10 years, laying a solid foundation for the smooth delivery of the project.
The company has more than 200 advanced CNC machining machine tools, 5 automatic machining production lines, more than 50 automatic welding equipment, 5 automatic welding lines, and more than 20 various testing equipment, which meet the requirements of the whole series of products from sheet metal manufacturing, product automatic assembly, quality testing and functional testing. And has an annual output of more than 20,000 intelligent four-way shuttle, more than 10,000 high-precision special elevator, more than 10,000 conveyor equipment and more than 100,000 tons of shelf rail overall manufacturing capacity. Now, out of every 10 intelligent four-way shuttle all over the world, 7 are made by GLOBL.
