GLOCA is a non-profit civil society organization registered in Turkey (Reg. No. 27-028-048) and Switzerland (Reg. No. CHE-420.118.486), headquartered in Aleppo with branches in Azaz and Idlib, and operational access across all regions of Syria.
GLOCA leverages technology and environmentally friendly tools to promote inclusive and sustainable development. Its mission is to empower civil society, especially youth and women, to become leaders in building just and democratic communities. This is achieved through education, civic engagement, urban development, and the use of modern digital tools.
