Glow Entrepreneurs Mentorship Program

The statistics behind the survival of MSME’s in Sub Saharan Africa are dire with 70% of Small-to-Medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya failing within their first three years of existence, and less than 10% making it to 5 years. This is because a lot of youth led individually owned businesses are not built to last, but built to solve today’s immediate financial need, and when that business stops making money, it is simply dropped for the next exciting opportunity. We believe that with mentorship and guidance, Africa’s youth can be more intentional about the businesses they start and run. Hence the Glow Entrepreneurs Mentorship Program. In this program, budding and existing entrepreneurs shall be identified and taken through basic training and coaching before being matched to a mentor who can walk the business journey with them for the next 12-months under set and stipulated structures.
