About Glow NI
GLOW is a Northern Ireland based charity committed to addressing the pressing mental health and self-esteem needs of women in our community. We recognise the unique challenges that women face in terms of mental health and self-esteem and are dedicated to providing comprehensive support through a range of programmes and services. GLOW’s work tackles these problems by providing specialised programmes focusing on mental health, empowerment and building self-esteem in women and young girls. Our programmes use life coaching and cognitive behavioural therapy tools and techniques that empower women to think more clearly and positively. Our programmes are delivered in a safe and comfortable environment, allowing each participant to share, experience, encourage and take action to build their confidence and self-esteem.
