On May 2, 2017, GMCE's Haifa Hub announced its entrance into the Life Sciences Hub market. Haifa Hub offers access to the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and High-tech companies located within a 2km radius of the hub. The hub provides its clients and start-up companies valuable access to a network of healthcare relationships its parent company, Global Medical Centers of Excellence (GMCE), has developed over its 20 year history in the healthcare industry.
GMCE is developing medical cities in emerging nations in the Caribbean and on the African continent, each of which includes a 120 bed Medical Center of Excellence, Nursing and Medical Schools, and a Biotech Research hub. With current projects in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Ethiopia and Uganda, GMCE is receptive to engaging Hub companies in its international development programs.
