GMIST aims to build capacity throughout the region to assist operators in reaching new markets and to support diversification and development of traditional and non-traditional tourism offerings. Through sharing information, best practices and models and peer-to-peer learning, GMIST helps to advance the overall quality of tourism offerings throughout Atlantic Canada.
