The Greek Multiple Sclerosis Society is a non-profit, non-governmental association based in Thessaloniki, with more than 7,000 members nationwide. It has been active in Greece for 30 years with the aim of:
Supporting people with Multiple Sclerosis to achieve autonomy as quickly and effortlessly as possible
Improving their daily life to enable their participation in the productive day-to-day activities
Reintegration into society through professional engagement
Raising public awareness about the challenges posed by the disease
Contributing to both the proper use of existing treatments and research towards finding a definitive cure
Providing accurate information to all stakeholders (patients, therapists, relatives, etc.) on issues related to the disease.
