We believe too many people settle for weakness, pain and injury and the bottom line is this affects their quality of life. GMT doesn’t want you to settle for this. We’ve honed a system utilising a combination of Strength and Mobility training that tackles impingements made prevalent by a sedentary or working lifestyle. Using this model of training at an appropriate level, and in combination with our boxing program, is a robust way for anyone to improve their overall physical health and explore their athletic potential. We have tried and tested this system on clients that vary in age, gender, and ability and the data we collected has confirmed our belief in the process. Given the scalability of our program, we can adapt and work with any level of physical or technical ability our client may have, tailoring all detail accordingly.
