Being a Physiotherapist, all her classes are carefully curated with clinical principles. Go Chlo On Demand, her premium subscription site, offers both annual and monthly membership packages. Here, you will find dozens of archival videos and constantly refreshed content, with 5 new videos added each week. These include full length classes, bite sized workouts and specialty sessions.
