We are a Specialist contractor delivering multiple construction and property solutions including Damp Proofing, Structural repair and stabilisation, Insulation and Drainage to the Social Housing, Civil Engineering and Construction Sectors. We are well placed to deliver to the Social Housing sector which is so very often overlooked by many contractors within the industry, and as a consequence the service RSL’s have received over the years in our view has fallen well below the expectations of both the RSL and their tenants. We believed this should change, so we opt for a skilled and capable workforce who are considerate, highly skilled and respectful. We will always ensure works are completed to avoid lengthy, costly and damaging disrepair cases. We carry out the re-modelling and reconfiguration of internal and external spaces, including M&E services, external and internal wall Insulation application, plastering, rendering, carpentry, masonry, concrete laying and repair, roofing (flat & pitched), drainage (Jetting/CCTV/Repairs), land drainage (SuDS), heating, flooring, screeding, tiling, decorations, partitions, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, design & build services, DDA Compliant Works/Adaptations, groundworks, damp and dilapidation surveys. Our operatives are trained in our core aspects of repair and refurbishment techniques, by practical example as well as providing manufacturer updates and literature regarding installation methods. Our operatives are subject to constant review of our H&S practices to conform to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and CDM 2015. Our Health & Safety Policy is our over-arching document for all employees and management to observe and adhere to. Accredited with CHAS, Safecontractor, Builders Profile & Constructionline (Gold).
