A Technology Company founded in 2015, for the purpose of creating a truck freight brokerage and transportation services business that will provide a disruptive and state-of-the-art internet, smartphone, GPS, cloud-computing and work-process technology. The Company plans to deliver real-time information exchange (including visibility) during the entire life-cycle of the transaction among the broker, carrier and shipper. Through deployment of disruptive self-learning tools and automation technologies the Company expects to materially reduce the operating costs of all parties involved in the freight transaction, thus delivering a significantly improved level of service to all participants in the transportation transaction.
