For 35 years, Mikros Technologies has liquid-cooled over 1,000 watts in an area of a centimeter squared. We support our customers by designing and producing high-efficiency liquid-cooling solutions for high-performance chips, data centers, electric vehicles, microprocessors, IGBTs, lasers, LEDs, and more. Born out of a NASA space station cooling project, our patented MikroMatrix liquid cooling technology and customer cold plates lower thermal resistances and pressure drops for scalable, high-performance, increased electrical efficiency and extended system life. We offer both single and two-phase liquid cooling solutions. Additionally, Mikros Technologies specializes in micro-machined nozzles for microfluidics applications that require micron-level dimensions and sub-micron accuracy.
