In the present era, health issues like Diabetes, Hypertension, Blood Pressure, Childhood Growth, Fitness, Fatigue, etc. are very common. They are a part of every person’s life and they come up in every conversation. So we asked ourselves a question: “What is the reason behind this? Why is it tough to maintain a healthy lifestyle?” Based on this question, we at GoShudh Food Grains started our research directed towards the common health issues today and the possible reasons behind this. During our research journey, our team found that FOOD, which is the most essential part of lifestyle and is connected with every age group in everyday life, was much more nutritious in the past than it is in the present. Surely this is not what we want to leave behind for our future generations; instead, we want to gift our children with the knowledge and wisdom of how to live an energetic and wholesome life and build a healthy future for themselves. GoShudh’s vision is based on this. Our team’s goal is to constantly work towards building up expertise in the ancient traditional Indian ways so that we can take our society towards having a nourishing diet that comprises of all the vital nutrients in the appropriate balance. GoShudh celebrates the culture that was given to us by our ancestors which has been lost in the modern world. We aim to go back to our original roots of “Sampurna Paushtik Aahar” and to teach our present society and the future generations to come to EAT NATURAL and LIVE HEALTHY.
