The success of GOAT Capital lies in the investor network we are building. We consider it essential to have a large number of partners who can give us access to projects in which to deploy the holding’s capital. Network investment solves the biggest challenge when investing in alternative assets. Our network provides access to opportunities with the right profile, size, and valuations. At GOAT, we take advantage of our investor network to find and be able to access these projects. Members will be incentivized to bring deals to GOAT thanks to a finders fee in the form of a carry in case the board approves the investment. GOAT was created from the need to have alternative investments that add value to an investment portfolio while increasing its diversification. The great challenge that arises when seeking to invest in alternative assets is access to attractive projects. To solve this problem, at GOAT, we opted for a network investing structure that will grant us access to projects with reasonable valuations and accessible tickets.
