Goat on a Pole Farm

Goat on a Pole Farm is a sustainable source for living from the resources available to us on the land we occupy. We raise Tunis and Jacob sheep for their wool, which we spin into yarn, from which we make clothes. Lanolin from the wool goes into soaps. Our goats produce milk, excesses of which provide cheese, yogurt, butter, soap and so much more. Bees produce honey and honeycomb and help keep our gardens and orchards healthy. We plant using a combination of techniques that leverage indigenous practices and agroforestry concepts as understood from best practices by the USDA's local extension program.
