The process is much harder than it should be. There are 3,000 commercial bakeries in the US, 7,000 retail bakeries, and 50,000 individual (for-profit) bakers, and there is no central resource to find them, do comparison shopping, read reviews, process and manage orders, handle payments or schedule deliveries. Bakesale will aggregate supply and bring offline workflows online.
