The purpose of the company is the production, dying and finishing of upholstery and curtain fabrics to be used in home and hotels.
Founded by Mohamed Saeed Mardini and his sons Assaad and Taysseer making a reputation in the market till the name Mardini became synonymous for Quality Fabrics.
