GoCircl

We're building GoCircl, an innovative web application designed to streamline and automate key aspects of the auditor "circle-up" process on US capital markets transactions. Along the way, we also hope to make the life of every junior to mid-level law associate, just that little bit easier and more productive. We are constantly improving and developing new features that aim to revolutionize the way financial information is identified, highlighted and circled within Offering Documents, Prospectuses and other similar filings – ultimately saving significant time, increasing accuracy and allowing a better allocation of resources within law firms. Why GoCircl? Incredibly, the process of preparing auditor "circle-ups" in US law firms continues to be a largely manual and time-consuming task, often leading to inefficiencies in resource allocation, error in work product and poor value creation for clients. GoCircl changes this by identifying financial information, highlighting it for review and then automating the “circling” process. This not only reduces the burden on legal professionals but also significantly speeds up the process, allowing greater focus on substance.
